The hotel is very well located in the city, very close to all amenities. The staff are friendly and attentive.
The location is good, but it's not a good hotel during the summer unless you're looking for a sauna instead of a room. The air conditioning doesn't work; it's controlled from reception, but the room temperatures never dropped below 30 degrees Celsius. I wouldn't stay here again.
The hotel is very well located in the center of Tours, just one block from the train station. The room is quite spacious for two people, clean, and air-conditioned. The staff is lovely at any time of day. The bar is a great place to relax at the end of the day. The only possible improvement would be to provide better quality toilet paper.
It is a wonderfull place!!
