Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

Gratamente sorprendido. Ubicación perfecta, no hace falta coche para moverse por la ciudad. El personal, muy atento. La habitación muy tranquila, limpia y con espacio más que suficiente. Disponen de aparcamiento propio, limitado en plazas disponibles, pero nosotros pudimos utilizarlo. Las plazas, eso sí, no son espaciosas, y en nuestro caso nos costó un poco encontrar la maniobra correcta. Desayuno buffet bueno y completo.

We booked a two-night stay for two at the end of August. The reception and check-in were very pleasant. The room was quite large by French standards, with air conditioning (unfortunately, it was quite noisy overnight). The hotel's location on a side street near the train station was ideal for further exploration of the city toward the old town and the banks of the Loire. We didn't have breakfast (€18), but the buffet looked good. Parking was €15 per night, an underground garage with a very narrow exit, but we managed. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

I stayed in room 315. A pleasant stay in this hotel where I stayed regularly 3-4 years ago. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's a shame I didn't get an upgrade despite my status, but that's a small thing. The welcome is very professional, the breakfast is perfect and the site manager is very involved. Well done to the whole team!

A very good experience, I highly recommend it! The best Best Western in the region, with a warm and quality welcome, a well-kept hotel with tasteful decor and an ideal location. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well soundproofed. The breakfast is varied and features local products.

A very pleasant hotel, conveniently located for visiting Vannes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to offer helpful suggestions. The only issue is that you can't reserve parking at the hotel, and it was already full when we arrived. However, the staff directed us to a nearby parking lot, quickly resolving the issue. Overall, a very pleasant stay: recommended!
