Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

Super accueil, je suis arrivais avec un groupe de 28 personnes, assez tard malgré une erreur d'organisation de notre part le personnelle de l'hôtel ce sont montrer plus que professionnel, l'ascenseur étant indisponible, ils tenais également à nous assister pour monter les valise dans les étages la propreté est au rendez-vous et le petit déjeuner était plus que agréable.

The hotel is in a quiet little street and near the train station which I appreciated but used to the best western 4 stars if I appreciated the staff I didn't like the superior room? Too small on a street corner in full sun while the air conditioning is not yet working and a pitiful breakfast where at 9:50 a.m. there is a lack of everything.

Great hotel, clean, friendly, accessible. Secure parking, dog friendly. Good location for walking around, near train station. Highly recommend

Booked a room with a bath, but didn't get a bath.

The hotel has been completely renovated, impeccable cleanliness, impeccable reception service, spacious rooms, beds smell new and very comfortable breakfast
