Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

Good welcome, clean room and above all perfectly located, a stone's throw from the train station and the city center.
A good quality/price ratio, consistent with what we observe at BE.

We would like to warmly thank Pierre, the hotel receptionist, for his exceptional welcome. As soon as we arrived, he was able to put us at ease with his professionalism, his smile and his great kindness. Pierre listened to our needs and showed remarkable attention to ensure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. His kindness and efficiency deserve to be highlighted. It's rare to meet someone so passionate about their job. Thank you again, Pierre, for this warm welcome which really made the difference! The room is also clean and comfortable.

The L'artist Hotel is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Tours, France. The staff as a whole demonstrates genuine interest and caring for your needs. Early on, we required some medical assistance  and the front desk was incredible in not only quickly contacting a taxi and navigating us through this unexpected situation, but since our plans changed and we required a longer stay in Tours, the staff promptly made arrangements to accommodate us. In addition, they generously included our breakfasts as part of the remainder of our visit. I can't express how thankful we were to have stayed here while in Tours. The L'artist Hotel is a hidden gem located near the Tours train station and within walking distance to all interesting and historically significant attractions. We highly recommend this hotel for any travellers who are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation away from home with the knowledge that your safety is also of the utmost importance. The entire L'artist team are to be commended on their courtesy and professionalism.
