Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

Very nice hotel with very welcoming staff. Perfect breakfast buffet. A very nice experience.

GOOD

Pleasantly surprised. Perfect location, no need to drive to get around the city. The staff was very attentive. The room was very quiet, clean, and had more than enough space. They have their own parking, with limited spaces, but we were able to use it. The spaces, however, are not spacious, and in our case, we had a bit of trouble finding the right parking space. The buffet breakfast was good and comprehensive.

We booked a two-night stay for two at the end of August. The reception and check-in were very pleasant. The room was quite large by French standards, with air conditioning (unfortunately, it was quite noisy overnight). The hotel's location on a side street near the train station was ideal for further exploration of the city toward the old town and the banks of the Loire. We didn't have breakfast (€18), but the buffet looked good. Parking was €15 per night, an underground garage with a very narrow exit, but we managed. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

J’ai séjourné en chambre 315 . Un Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel où j’y m’installais régulièrement il y a 3-4 ans . Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Dommage de ne pas avoir bénéficié d’un surclassement malgré mon statut, mais cela reste un détail. L’accueil est très professionnel, le petit-déjeuner parfait et la responsable de site est très impliquée. Bravo à toute l’équipe !
