Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

The hotel is very cute, inspired by film history, very original. The reception staff is excellent; they do their best to speak Spanish. 👏👏👏

Just around the block from the train station and less than 20 minutes walking from the Chateau de Tours and the rest of the historic locations. If you arrive by car it is highly advisable to have a chat with staff before attempting the nail biting experience of using the parking lot. They may need to direct you to other parking location.

Very dynamic and welcoming team, I recommend it if you are passing through Tours, it suits you.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay at this establishment.
I was greeted by Fanny (if I may mention her name here), who was absolutely wonderful, professional, smiling, attentive, and extremely kind.
I find the establishment itself magnificent: the decor, the cinema theme, it's very beautiful and clean; you could eat off the floor.
The same goes for the room.
My experience here was perfect. Thank you again for the welcome. If I'm ever back in the area, you can count me among your customers.
