Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

Good location very near the train station, yet in a quiet precinct Rooms are newly renovated. The entire frontdesk (especially Fanny), during my stay from 10 Apr to 12 Apr, was absolutely fabulous: friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. Will definitely recommend Best Western Plus, if you are in Tours.

I was very annoying and they never kicked me out, so pretty solid hotel experience.

Very good family room at a competitive price. Great welcome on arrival and departure, even for just 1 night at the last minute. Room comfort, quiet, good bedding. At the very early departure we were even offered a coffee before hitting the road... a nice touch that deserves to be highlighted. Downside on the nearby parking if you didn't take the covered and paid parking lot.

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel de qualité .propre , literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Très bien situé et calme.
Je recommande.
