Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

The bed was comfortable, cleanliness was essential, however for a 4 star we expected better.
The evening staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was very good!
However, we hoped to pay for our stay by electronic holiday vouchers, as mentioned on the hotel website as well as the ANCV website and we were forced to pay by credit card... Big disappointment and expenses which were not planned .

I invite you to mention this on your site or equip yourself for this type of payment which is likely to become more and more frequent.

At the top, I recommend

Hotel close to the station, nice and clean room. Buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

Good bed, good breakfast and fairly well laid out room. Bathroom larger than average in France. Parking in the building opposite is spacious and easy to access. The friendliness of the receptionist could be improved. It is a little far from the center, approximately 20-25 minutes walk from Plaza Plumereau, where the restaurants and bars are, for example.
