Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

Elegant room, tastefully decorated and equipped (television, coffee machine, kettle, mini-fridge, etc.).
However, for a room advertised as "superior" (king-size bed), we were very disappointed by the quality of the bedding, which was adequate but nothing more. Moreover, the room description listed a large bed, whereas we ended up with two mattresses and two blankets attached together with a Velcro system. Disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
Finally, the room was poorly insulated, both thermally and acoustically (we could hear the conversations of passersby on the street or our neighbors in the hallways).

I recommend this establishment, where we're immersed in the world of the movies. The staff is very friendly.
Really very centrally located in this beautiful city, well worth exploring.

Very nice room with very cramped toilets in the shower room and nice hotel on the other hand we did not have air conditioning in our room 26° last night so very difficult to sleep. When we left we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were told that they were indeed having air conditioning problems at the moment!!! incredible but true! Is it normal that in a 4 star best western hotel we are not informed in advance that there is no air conditioning and above all no commercial gesture this is not the first time that we have stayed in a best western hotel!! We are very disappointed!

Good location, close to the train station. The room was very comfortable, as was the quite spacious bathroom. The attention was very good.

Close to the center. Garage in the basement.
