Best Western L'Artist Hôtel Tours

There tried to double charge the room. We prepaid through a travel agency the stay. And at check out there wanted to charge again for the stay. Only because i was able to show a invoice from the Travel agency there did not double charge us.

Update:
We are now a second time here and the service is amazing, room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

The location is actually good, close to the station and the center, but the entrance and the street it's on not so much

Empathetic, courteous and pleasant welcome, comfortable and very quiet room and exceptional and delicious breakfast, very generous.
