Aside from having stayed at this chain in the US, this was my first time in France, and I wanted to give it a try. I stayed for three nights, and from the check-in counter, the staff were consistently very attentive. Especially on the first night, around 11 PM, I wanted to inquire about and confirm bus and shuttle information to Chambord. I dialed number 9, and the staff were very patient and helpful. Then, I went down to the lobby to watch a video to confirm the bus and shuttle information – a very comprehensive and impressive service. Also, during my stay, when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon or evening, there were croissants available next to the water dispenser near the elevator in the lobby – a very thoughtful touch! The room was spacious and had a TV and hairdryer. Overall, my three-night stay was excellent, and I recommend it!
A great find! This hotel was peaceful.
Quiet, and the street side wasn't noisy in the evening. The room was really lovely. Perfect bedding. King-size bed. Workspace with direct HDMI connection to the screen. Perfect for my presentation. Friendly welcome. Parking is paid, but considering the rates in the area, it's not very spacious. However, the parking space is a bit small.
Drawback: The meals are very expensive and not very filling. I preferred to fast and have a good breakfast.

The room and service were perfect! The location is quite convenient and allows you to do a lot on foot. A nice bonus was the secure underground parking, but we didn't have breakfast as it seemed a bit pricey compared to delicious options we could find in the city center for less. Another minor drawback was the television, specifically the volume control, which was impossible for Canal+ and Netflix, so we couldn't hear anything.
The room absolutely does not deserve 4 stars: the bathroom door was stuck (they offered no repair but "leave the door open" 😳), the curtains were stained, the bedroom door was in very poor condition, some lamps had no bulbs (they told me to wait 3 days: the day the technician was coming... to change a bulb), and the cleaning lady left her dirty cloth lying around in the bathroom. The bathroom is tiny, impractical, with no place to put things or a toilet inside. The "shower soap" is a plastic container for body, hair, hands, and dish soap...
The wallpaper was a mess...😳
Breakfast was good.

Upon arriving last night, the parking lot's height restriction meant my vehicle wasn't suitable, and I couldn't find a space, so I parked in the loading zone in front of the hotel to unload. When I entered the hotel, the staff unanimously told me to stay parked there, that there was no problem and no ticket would be issued until 9:00 AM the following morning. Imagine my surprise this morning to find a parking ticket on my windshield! The staff simply advised me to contest the fine. Unfortunately, I will no longer trust this establishment.
